By applying an innovative work environment and making efficient use of floor space, it was possible for AVM AccoN to divest half of the building. The part that remained, the tower, after reclassification, was suitable for business. The result is a comfortable and energy efficient working environment with a variety of workplaces.

By reinvesting the profit from the sale of excess property in the reconstruction and cost of use, the rennovation shall pay for itself in about 12 years. The client currently is considering the proposals.
